At St George’s University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, based in Surrey, we’re dedicated to the integration of innovative, patient-centred Point of Care Testing (PoCT) solutions across both primary and secondary care environments. As a Specialist Biomedical Scientist in PoCT, nestled within the dynamic sites of Epsom and St Helier Hospitals, you’ll play a significant role in overseeing a suite of PoCT analysers and devices. You will contribute to the governance, quality assurance, and technical support, ensuring optimal functioning and maintenance of PoCT systems. Working alongside a supportive management team, including a PoCT manager, coordinator, and trainers, you’ll leverage your significant experience in PoCT and quality management to deliver resilient and safe diagnostic services that adhere to ISO standards.
