The role combines face‑to‑face and virtual work: you’ll run assessments, provide tailored behavioural support, carry out CO testing, advise on pharmacotherapy including NRT and e‑cigarettes, manage a caseload, arrange robust discharge plans and make onward referrals to community services and pharmacies. Practical duties also include stock management, reporting and partnership work with clinicians and pharmacists to keep hospital sites smoke‑free.
