Support the Psychology Service in Southport as a part‑time Support Secretary for Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust. This fixed‑term (12 months) Band 3 role (salary pro rata £24,937–£26,598) provides hands‑on secretarial and administrative support to clinicians and the medical team: organising diaries and meetings, taking notes and preparing agendas, typing clinic letters, managing mail, telephone and email enquiries, ordering supplies, collating invoices and providing cover for absent colleagues. The post requires strong organisational and audio‑typing skills, confidence with Microsoft Office and information systems, discretion with confidential information and experience of working in a busy team; medical secretarial knowledge or familiarity with clinical systems is desirable and a Disclosure and Barring Service check will be required. Flexible working requests are welcomed and training will be available to help you settle into the role.
