Potens in Reading is recruiting Bank Support Workers to deliver hands‑on care across a residential home for seven adults with complex physical, medical and learning needs and a supported living service for five adults with learning disabilities. You’ll provide full personal support—personal care, feeding, cooking, some cleaning, key working—and lead in‑house activities (baking, crafts, sensory work) and community trips (clubs, lunches, swimming, holidays). The role spans both services and people’s own homes, may involve lone working and requires flexibility to cover bank shifts including early (07:30–14:45), late (14:15–21:30) and sleep‑ins/nights. A full manual driving licence is essential for this post.
