Job description

Support Worker at Voyage Care in Bridgwater – £12.64 per hour, full time, permanent. Typical shifts run 08:00–20:30 across Monday to Sunday, working two or three shifts a week including some weekends and sleep-ins. You’ll work in a welcoming residential service supporting adults to build independence by teaching life skills, helping with personal care, supporting community access and joining in social activities from trips to local pubs and the cinema to quiet evenings playing games or cooking together. This hands‑on role suits empathetic, practical people — you don’t need prior experience, just a caring attitude, a willingness to learn and a commitment to helping people grow in confidence and achieve personal goals.
