Job description
Make a tangible difference at Redwood House in Broadstone, Poole, as a Support Worker for Potens, providing supported living for up to six young adults (18–35) with learning disabilities, autism spectrum conditions and other health needs. This permanent, full‑time role is 40 hours per week, pays £12.71 per hour and requires a full manual driving licence due to service needs. You’ll help people develop independent living skills, encourage choice and involvement, support access to community activities and provide a small amount of personal care. Shifts are a mixture of days and evenings between 8am and 10pm (occasional 7am starts) and include working every other weekend.
