Key Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our service users with day-to-day tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
· Assisting with personal care, including washing, dressing, bathing, and toileting
· Supporting with medication administration and reminders
· Preparing and cooking nutritious meals
· Maintaining accurate care records and documentation
· Offering companionship and emotional support

Work Patterns
We offer flexible, permanent full-time and part-time positions with guaranteed minimum hours:
· Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
· Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday
Salary and Benefits
· Starting at £12.00 per hour
· 20 days annual leave (pro rata)
· 35p per mile mileage payment
· Pension scheme
· Referral scheme
· PVG scheme refunded
· Mobile phone provided
· Two free uniforms
· Guaranteed minimum hours
· Career progression opportunities, with potential to gain SVQ 3 qualifications
What We’re Looking For
No previous experience in care is required as we provide full training and support to help you develop in your role. However, the following are essential:
· A valid driving license and access to your own car
· A caring, compassionate nature and a commitment to delivering high-quality care
· Strong communication skills
· Flexibility to work shifts as per the rotating schedule
