Job description

As a Support Worker with Voyage Care in Chippenham you’ll join a permanent, part‑time role supporting people in a warm residential service to gain independence. Pay starts at £12.34 per hour and typical shifts run 07:00–14:15, 14:15–21:30 or 07:00–21:30 across Monday to Sunday, including some weekends. The role is hands‑on and varied — assisting with personal care, teaching everyday life skills, encouraging community access and social activities, and helping people build confidence so they can do things like cook, socialise or go on holiday.
