Support Worker (Day Opportunities) — Boston, Lincolnshire. Work with Thera East Midlands supporting adults with learning disabilities to take part in stimulating daytime activities, build relationships and grow independence. This is a permanent, on-site role with full-time, part-time and relief options (up to 35 hours), daytime Monday–Friday, paying £12.21 per hour. A full UK driving licence is essential. Day-to-day you’ll deliver person-centred support for recreational, educational and community-based activities, help people achieve their goals and promote wellbeing — every day is different, often demanding but deeply rewarding.

No formal qualifications are required to start: full paid training is provided (Care Certificate, NVQs) and Thera funds NVQ learning and DBS checks.
