Support Worker (no experience required) — part‑time, Newbury (RG14), 30 hours per week at £12.35 per hour with £50 for sleep‑in shifts. You will support two people in their 20s with learning disabilities and autism: a friendly kitchen assistant who enjoys gaming and sci‑fi, and an independent woman who works at a local school and values her own space. The role is practical and person‑centred: providing verbal prompts for personal care, meal preparation, medication support, shopping, cooking, light household tasks and encouraging social outings while respecting downtime. Shift patterns include day and evening shifts, paid sleep‑ins (paid to sleep then hourly until the morning) and weekend day shifts; rotas are published in advance to help you balance work and home life.
