As a Support Worker with Salutem Care and Education you’ll deliver person‑centred, enabling care that promotes independence and wellbeing every day. You’ll follow and implement individual support plans, design engaging activity programmes, help people manage their health and medication, keep accurate records and ensure a safe, homely environment.
