Support a strong‑willed woman in Totton as a Support Worker with Agincare Group, providing person‑centred support that helps someone live independently in her own home. You’ll work with Sophie and a small team to encourage everyday independence—helping with personal care, daily routines, meal preparation, budgeting, social activities and community access—while offering the emotional reassurance and calm presence she needs. The role involves supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health and complex needs, using effective communication, positive behaviour support and accurate record‑keeping. This post is restricted to female applicants only as a Genuine Occupational Requirement (GOR) under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010. Full time, permanent, based in Totton (SO40); pay is £12.50 per hour. You must have the right to work in the UK for at least 12 months, and because of the location you will need to drive and have access to your own car. Closing date: 02 December 2025.
