Job description
This permanent, full-time Band 4 role (Agenda for Change) pays £27,898–£30,615 and is based at Glangwili General Hospital / Prince Philip Hospital (Carmarthen/Llanelli, SA31) with the base to be confirmed; flexible and home/remote working options are available. Essential requirements include a Level 3 business administration qualification (or equivalent), proven clerical/administrative experience — ideally in healthcare — and confident use of Microsoft Office; knowledge of ITIL is desirable. The post is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service check; Welsh language skills are welcomed and the Health Board offers learning support. Interviews are scheduled for 08/12/2025 and applicants needing skilled worker sponsorship will be considered.
