The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Assistant to provide dedicated support to 3 Executives. This role is working for the UK Scripted Series team and is perfect for a resourceful, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly navigate shifting priorities.
This is a demanding and fast-moving position that requires someone who can exercise good judgment and intuition and has excellent communication skills.

The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Assistant to provide dedicated support to 3 Executives. Executive Support
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide comprehensive support to 3 Executives, including complex calendar management for internal and external meetings and calls.
- Maintain a highly agile approach to accommodating evolving schedules and priorities.
- Facilitate logistics and technical set-ups for meetings with internal stakeholders and external partners, including high-profile content collaborators.
- Record and distribute meeting notes to relevant parties, ensuring clear communication across the team.
- Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries, managing bookings, transportation, and accommodations.
- Process travel and expense reports with accuracy and timeliness.
- Help maintain submission logs.
- Support the team with the preparation of materials such as presentations, documents, and other deliverables.
- Partner closely with internal Assistants across the globe, managing time zones seamlessly.
- Work across internal and external tools and systems.
- Coordinate and oversee projects, including gifting and event logistics.
- Liaise with high-profile talent and stakeholders, maintaining the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Proven Expertise:
- Extensive experience as an Executive or Team Assistant in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, preferably within the media industry.
- Strong familiarity with the nuances of television and film production and management.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with unwavering attention to detail.
- Adept at managing competing priorities and maintaining calm under pressure.
- Ability to work adjusted hours for coordination across time zones (PST), responding promptly to critical matters.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proactive and approachable.
- Being able to work independently as well as collaboratively is essential.
- Confident working with confidential information and managing key relationships.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Gmail).
- Confidence in adopting and mastering new tools and technologies.
- Understanding of UK Scripted Series content at Netflix and the wider media industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a team-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
