£30,000 to £30,000 a year  PERMANENT 
Lead a busy, multi-disciplinary Community Drug and Alcohol Service from We Are With You’s Truro office in this permanent, full‑time Team Leader role (37.5 hours per week, occasional Saturdays). You’ll join an experienced management team overseeing a large integrated service that delivers needle and syringe provision, harm‑reduction advice, psychosocial interventions, detox and rehabilitation pathways, OST prescribing, aftercare and into‑work support. The post involves managing and inspiring recovery workers, coordinating with nurses, doctors, pharmacists and criminal justice and outreach colleagues, and working with statutory and non‑statutory partners to improve outcomes for people facing complex needs. Starting salary is £30,000 with progression up to £36,000; a Disclosure and Barring Service check is required.
