Support people to stay independent at home as an Urgent Community Response Support Worker based in Exeter (EX2) with the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. In this community-facing role you will deliver personal care, support nutrition and recovery, and respond with a multidisciplinary team to avoid unplanned hospital admissions or enable timely discharge. The service operates 7 days a week with early (07:30–15:30) and late (14:00–22:00) shifts; hours can be full or part time and evenings/weekends attract enhanced pay. A clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential, and please note sponsorship or work-visa support is not available.
