This role is a Health Care Assistant role based in a busy Urgent Treatment Centre in Fleetwood. Undertaking a range of clinical and administrative duties. The post holder will undertake a range of clinical duties including venepuncture, ECGs, wound care, observations, and applying plaster of paris to patients with fractures and personal care to patients. The post holder will also contribute to administrative, reception/floorwalker and housekeeping duties within the service location. About us DUTIES

The Memory Assessment Service provides specialist assessment, diagnosis and treatment for those with suspected dementia. The focus is to assess patients referred where there has been a noticeable change or concerns with memory, cognitive function, behaviour or function. We are looking to recruit a nurse into the skill mix of the team. The successful candidate would be expected to work across 2 bases which are in Fleetwood and Lytham, covering the Fylde Coast when visiting service users / carer's etc. T
