Main duties of the job
You will support optimisation of clinical diaries through following the administrative standard operating procedures. This will include:Answering callsResponding to patient queriesBooking appointmentsSending out appropriate patient communicationRegistering referrals.You will be required to work in our electronic notes system (EMIS) and your role will involve adding appropriate documentation to patient records.Depending on service need, you may also cover reception duties which will include meeting and greeting patients and visitors.Other responsibilities may include ordering stationery and supplies, being a fire warden, and making room bookings.
