Support patients and clinical teams as an Administration Support Officer within Sirona care & health’s MSK service in Bristol (BS6). This hands-on role is ideal for someone starting out in administration or a carer who wants to transfer their people skills into an office setting: you will manage clinical diaries, answer calls and patient queries, book appointments, register referrals and send patient communications, working daily in the EMIS electronic notes system to add documentation to records. You may also cover reception duties — meeting and greeting visitors, handling routine office tasks such as filing, stationery orders and room bookings — and take on additional responsibilities like fire warden duties where needed. The post requires NVQ2 in Administration (or equivalent) and experience in a customer/client environment, with confident use of Microsoft packages; prior health or social care experience and familiarity with EMIS are advantageous.

This is a permanent, full‑time role on Agenda for Change Band 2 with a salary of £24,465, full NHS benefits, 27+ days’ annual leave and membership of the NHS Pension Scheme.
