Oxford Health NHS Trust is seeking an Administrator for Buckinghamshire Talking Therapies, based at Peach Tree House, Whiteleaf Centre, Aylesbury (HP20) on a fixed‑term 12‑month contract. This full‑time Band 3 role (salary £24,937–£26,598) supports a high‑volume, countywide service for adults with anxiety and depression. You will be the backbone of the team — taking referrals, ‘typing and talking’ from callers, managing diaries and records, liaising between clinicians and clients, and using Office programmes; experience of working with the public, good IT and administrative skills, attention to detail and an excellent telephone manner are essential. Ability and willingness to travel between Aylesbury, High Wycombe and other local clinic sites is required, and the post is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service check. Previous healthcare admin experience and familiarity with clinical systems (eg RIO or PCMIS) are desirable.

This role is ideal for caring, organised people — particularly women and those with caring experience — who want meaningful, stable work with clear development pathways. Oxford Health places staff wellbeing at the heart of its culture: you’ll benefit from training and career progression opportunities, an active in‑service wellbeing programme, annual appraisals, 27–33 days’ leave (depending on service), pension, NHS discounts, Employee Assistance support and other staff benefits. The service is research‑active and may offer flexible or hybrid working where appropriate. If this sounds like the right fit, find the vacancy on jobsincare.com and click the “Apply Now” button alongside this description to submit your application; please tailor your supporting statement to the role and be truthful about your experience.
