Job Purpose
To be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical services within the context of a clinical governance framework
To establish good relationships with and work as part of the multi-disciplinary team, taking responsibility for the care of patients with Sexual Health and contraception needs, including assessment, investigation, diagnosis and treatment for the individual patient group.
To ensure that all activities in the area are carried out within CLCH Directorate policy/National guidelines.
To act as a professional role model, leading and developing clinical practice and to support and deputise for the Team Lead.
To supervise, teach & assess registered and unregistered staff including HCA's.

Both verbal and written communication skills, and experience of team working will be essential to the role. Strong interpersonal skills will also be essential.You must be an NMC registered, UK based nurse to apply for this role, as it is 'zero-hours' it does not attract visa sponsorship. You must also have at least 6 months acute experience.
