Make a tangible difference to people’s health as a Community Development Worker with City Health Care Partnership CIC, based at Life Bank, Quorn Street, Liverpool L7 2QR. This full-time, 12‑month fixed term role sits within the Smokefree Liverpool programme and focuses on behaviour change: you will give very brief stop‑smoking advice, support referrals into services, and engage vulnerable groups at community events, GP surgeries and local venues. This role suits someone with NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent experience) who enjoys one‑to‑one support, relationship building and outreach in local communities.
