Make a tangible difference to people’s health as a Community Development Worker with City Health Care Partnership CIC, based at Life Bank, Quorn Street, Liverpool L7 2QR. This full-time, 12‑month fixed term role sits within the Smokefree Liverpool programme and focuses on behaviour change: you will give very brief stop‑smoking advice, support referrals into services, and engage vulnerable groups at community events, GP surgeries and local venues. The post offers hybrid working, professional training (including NCSCT), a supportive team environment and an Agenda for Change Band 3 salary of £24,937–£26,598 pa.
This role suits someone with NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent experience) who enjoys one‑to‑one support, relationship building and outreach in local communities.
