You will assist registered nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team with direct personal care, observations (blood pressure, pulse, respiration, temperature), nutrition and continence support, risk assessments, safe mobilisation using prescribed equipment, and the supervised delivery of rehabilitation goals that help people regain independence. This role suits experienced carers holding NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) with a proven record of direct patient care and core clinical competencies.
