Wake Night Support Worker – Maidenhead (SL6). Part-time role, 18 hours per week (two shifts), paying £12.60–£13.30 per hour. You will provide awake night support within Accomplish’s specialist supported living and outreach service for adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs, helping maintain routines and promoting independence. Typical duties include supporting personal care and domestic tasks, administering medication and accompanying people to appointments, encouraging hobbies and life skills (shopping, budgeting, paying bills), and offering calm physical and emotional support. This post exists to meet the specific care preferences of the people we support and is a genuine occupational requirement under the Equality Act 2010; applicants must be aged 18 or over.
