Key Responsibilities.
As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our service users with day-to-day tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:.
· Assisting with personal care, including washing, dressing, bathing, and toileting.
· Supporting with medication administration and reminders.
· Preparing and cooking nutritious meals.
· Maintaining accurate care records and documentation.
· Offering companionship and emotional support.

Work Patterns.
We offer flexible, permanent full-time and part-time positions with guaranteed minimum hours:.
· Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
· Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday.
Salary and Benefits.
· Starting at £12.00 per hour.
· 20 days annual leave (pro rata).
· 35p per mile mileage payment.
· Pension scheme.
· Referral scheme.
· PVG scheme refunded.
· Mobile phone provided.
· Two free uniforms.
· Guaranteed minimum hours.
· Career progression opportunities, with potential to gain SVQ 3 qualifications.
What We’re Looking For.
No previous experience in care is required as we provide full training and support to help you develop in your role.
However, the following are essential:.
· A valid driving license and access to your own car.
· A caring, compassionate nature and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
· Strong communication skills.
· Flexibility to work shifts as per the rotating schedule.
