You will work on a male‑only medium‑secure admission and assessment ward with 15 single en‑suite rooms and an Intensive Care Area (including de‑escalation, seclusion and safer rooms) providing care for patients detained under the Mental Health Act and/or the criminal justice system. The post involves managing a varied and complex caseload, carrying out MOHO assessments and formulation, using TOMS and MOHOST to evaluate outcomes, contributing to risk assessments and writing records on RIO, and working as an active member of the multi‑disciplinary team to co‑produce therapy and discharge plans.
