As a Healthcare Support Worker at Meadowfield Hospital in Worthing you will provide hands-on, person-centred care on Maple and Rowan wards for adults with acute functional mental health needs. Working in an award‑winning, open‑door acute unit, you will support daily living, observation, therapeutic activities and crisis de‑escalation as part of a multi‑disciplinary team. Your life experience will be valued and developed through regular clinical supervision and training in a therapeutic environment focused on recovery.
This permanent, full‑time Band 3 post (Agenda for Change) offers £24,937–£26,598 pro rata and follows a long‑day rota including weekends and nights.
