Take a lead administrative role at Sirona care & health CIC, based at the North Bristol Intermediate Care Centre in Henbury (BS10), supporting the Community Integrated Neighbourhood Team for North & West Bristol. This Senior Administrator position runs predominantly in person, with occasional visits to Horfield and Shirehampton, working on a rota between 08:00 and 20:00 across seven days. You will co-ordinate and allocate referrals to speed up hospital discharges, manage team capacity and rotas, lead community team administrators and deliver training for Band 3 staff. Day-to-day duties include arranging meetings and minutes, maintaining staffing trackers, supporting budgets and projects, and escalating patient or referrer concerns appropriately. Strong IT skills, Level 2 numeracy and literacy (or equivalent) are essential; an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration and experience with systems such as EMIS or Optima are desirable. This role is subject to a DBS check and is fixed-term (12 months), Band 4 under Agenda for Change.
