£2,000 Golden Hello or relocation incentive for Band 6 nurses (pro rata).
Part‑time, permanent Band 6 role with hybrid home working and monthly in‑person meetings.
Clear pay banding, £38,682–£46,580 a year (pro rata) on Agenda for Change.
Lead clinically, supervise staff and students and provide specialist triage advice.
Meaningful community work with older adults and close partnership with families/carers.

Provide specialist triage and clinical leadership for older adults across West Sussex as a Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse with Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. Based at Drayton House (Chichester PO20) with flexible home working, you’ll screen electronic referrals, decide clinical pathways and offer specialist nursing advice. The role includes partnership working with service users, families and local agencies, plus clinical supervision of staff and students. This permanent, part‑time vacancy sits on Agenda for Change Band 6 (salary £38,682–£46,580 pro rata) and carries the Trust’s £2,000 Golden Hello or relocation incentive for Band 6 Nurses & Practitioners (pro rata, T&Cs apply).
