Make a real difference to people living with mental health conditions as a Specialist Pharmacist in Brighton and Hove with Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, based at Millview Hospital, Hove BN3 7HZ. This Band 7, permanent role (£47,810–£54,710) is community-focused: you’ll deliver medicines optimisation across neighbourhood teams, run clinic sessions, undertake home visits and provide high-quality pharmacotherapeutic advice to colleagues. The post is patient-facing and multidisciplinary, with no routine weekend or dispensary commitment and a low on‑call frequency, making it practical for carers balancing work and family life.

This role suits an experienced clinical pharmacist with a degree in pharmacy, GPhC registration and a postgraduate diploma in clinical pharmacy practice (CMHP membership desirable).
