This post will be based at our Forest Gate surgery, but candidates must be prepared to also work at our Totton Health Centre site as and when required, both based in Totton, Southampton. This vacancy is for 24 hours per week over 4 days Tuesday to Friday or 25 hours per week over 5 days Monday to Friday
